Pay Pal/s Payment Problem

Sellers beware!!! There is a problem with a lot of okay/PayPal accounts that don't allow the buyer to pay for the item they purchased on okay using the normal checkout system. DO NOT ONLY OFFER PAYPAL AS YOUR SOLE MEANS OF PAYMENT FOR THE BUYER!!! My account is one of those that suffer from the problem that PayPal and okay either cannot or will not fix. I now no longer purchase items from auctions that only offer PayPal for payment because of the problems that arise when I try to pay for that item using PayPal. I am not the only one. Not by a long shot. How many auctions have ended in failure because the buyer faced the same situation as I have? How many sellers has PayPal and okay told about the problem? If they know the problem exists and still encourage sellers to offer PayPal as a means of payment without telling them of the known problem (knowing the system is not working and not fixing it), does that constitute fraud? If they charge you a fee for listing (using a system they know to be faulty and non-functional for a lot of their users), does that constitute fraud? It is at least bad business and a great disservice to their customers. Demand that PayPal and okay fix their system, or make all users of both gepanies aware of the problem and also stop encouraging sellers and buyers to sign up and use a system that will let them down. Demand that okay and PayPal stop selling damaged goods (them) unless they inform the buyer that they are in fact purchasing a system that is faulty and not working as billed!
