I bought an SAT Mattress. I am not satisfied at all with the product. There is no custormer service unless you want to purchase, then you'll be on speed dial. See e-opinions and spend your money wisely.M. Spencer

I recently did obtain customer service, they did send me more tubes to replace punctured ones. The bed is gefortable but when made looks like it has low spots??? Anyway overall I would rate this product with a 6.5 out of ten. Mostly because I think it is rather priceyand more hype on the web-site than quality.
