I purchased an SVP digital video camera. I can't even remember the model #- This camera was so bad that before they offered me a full refund on my worthless camera, I had cut my losses and decied to save it for my baby to use as a toy when she was a little older. This camera was so flimsy, and came to me unable to hold a charge or record voice without talking directly into the device. Upon leaving negaive feedback I recieved an email claiming that if I agreed to withdrawl feedback, and returned the camera they would refund me within 2 days vs. the 30 days it takes. Prior to that I gave up based on their 7 days money back return policy, with this policy there is not even a chance to return the product due to lack of them getting back to emails with an RA#, if you are lucky enough to get one you still have to pay a $30 restocking fee. After several very frustrating days of emails I finally gt an RA# to return my crappy camera, but am now stuck wondering if I will ever see my money. The response came after forwarding them an email from okay, which gave a list of the actions that I could take against them.
***Once you agree to the email that okay sent you and have withdrawn thenegative, please email me directly at ..............................andprovide a Tracking Number showing that you have returned your item and I willissue you a Refund of your payment through paypal within 2 businessdays after we have received your returned package instead of waiting thenormal time that could take up to 30 days.***
The best advice I could give anyone smart enough to be reading this before they get suckered into purchasing one of these notorietly horrible cameras is to consider the reality of getting a camera that is worth while for so cheap- and in looking at seller feedback, look carefully their ratings are high- but if you look closer you will find solid pages of the same exact feedback from the same exact buyer- one of the larger I counted was 17 consecutive feedback messages from the same buyer all saying the same exact thing- if that isn't enough to convince you question why there is such a large # of mutually withdrawn feedback- as of today clippercutie had 653 mutually withdrawn feedback responses- which sadly enough, probably also were blackmailed into withdrawing their feedback on false hopes of their money back. If you want a camera that literally does nothing, is defective in one way or another and you do not care about picture quality than best of luck, I hope you at least gets one that kind of works, from what I have found from various blog posts etc. clippercutie is one of the many gepanies selling SVP merchandise with these horribe return and business practices.
