As most of you have no doubt heard, there have been some serious and far reaching policy changes that okaybegan announcing the end of January 2008.The initialannouncement made by Bill Cobbon January 29, 2008wasfollowed byseveral more. Some of the changes will take effect this week. Among them will be a number of fee increases. Others will begin in May 2008 with changes in the feedback structure, effecting both buyers and sellers. And finally others will be activated in July 2008 that will directly impact many PowerSellers immediately and every PowerSeller eventually. Each of the changes will effect buyers to one degree or another. I only mention the different policychanges to bring me to the point of this guide:For details go to Announcements at the bottom ofmost okay pages. Scroll down to an announcement made by Bill Cobb the last week in January. Read it carefully and follow the links with in the announcement for more details. There are other more recent announcements along the same line. And there are other changes in addition to those I mentioned above. You may want to check them out. I will not post the contents of the announcements here because that is not the purpose of this guide. It would be better if you read the actual wording as they appear foreveryone to read. I am writing guide for this for a singleimportant reason.
