Best Quaility Knives in traditional patterns

There are losts of guides out there arguing USA vs. China. I am on the stay away from china side; but this can be confusing since many American manufactures have sold out and gone to china. I will list them at the end of this review. The highest quality knives made recently (in traditional patterns) are the Case Classic series (made by Blue Grass Cutlery) some Winchester Knives from the late 80's (also made by Blue grass cutlery). These are usually made with Utica Bone or celluloid handles and gee in a black box.
